No required address fields when adding a country

When adding a country, address input fields should be customizable as not all countries use the same address format.

    Agreed! I went through and added every UN country (it paid off, we had folks visit from the Congo and the Philippines that summer) and this was a bug bear the whole time.


    Also, the countries that came pre-loaded were pretty heavily western-biased, it wasn't great.
