We receive many donations "in memory of' or "in honor of" and on web forms, the only way a person can add it is through comment/notes. It would be useful to include this note on the acknowledgement form. We get 90% of people following up via email.
Another OPTION would be to include a tribute field as an option on the webform itself.

This is Fundraising 101. Your clients need a way to effectively track tribute giving so people can be properly notified. It would also be great if your Order-Payments for online order BOTH held comment/tribute information, so they can be pulled into acknowledgements and queries both ways.
