Currently our organization is using tickets to check guests in. When we scan in a ticket order for someone, we are not entering their information in the Patron box on Daily Sales (As this would be a tedious extra step to the check-in process). We would love to see an option to add documentation notifications if we were to scan a patron's order in the Scan Tickets field on Daily Sales.
For example if we scan in an order for Susan Jones, in the patron information that is displayed, I would love to either see the notification pop up or even an icon indicating that we have a documentation notification for Susan in her constituent page.
Because we are using tickets, documentation becomes time-consuming and punishing to guests if we were to check every patron we serve to communicate effectively between employees. (Sometimes we see thousands of patrons a day!)
Our organization used to use documentation notes to communicate customer/member preferences and challenges at-a-glance. We are sad that can no longer be the case!
