Automated Reminder Emails for patrons

I would be interested in a feature which would allow the sending of automated email reminders to visitors who have registered for museum programs or admission, and to give them an idea of what to expect on arrival.


This would be a benefit to us to ensure our visitors are utilizing their ticket purchase, cut down on questions submitted to our front line staff, and give us a chance to convey expectations to our registrants of what they will experience on arrival.

    We manually pull the pre-registration list then send something formatted nicely in Mailchimp 🫤 having a more automatic connection between the two would save quite a few person-hours every week!

    Agree....we send out emails daily to the next day's pre registered. We send out emails when weather/emergency is closing the property.

    Oh, yes, this would be so nice to be automated! We manually run this and a visitor survey every evening but we have a very small staff and our operations manager has to do even on her days off.
