Insta-Charge for EFT/ACH Gifts

I would like for the ACH/EFT Donation feature to be made easier to use. Other platforms have an "insta-charge" type set up where all you need is to have a donor's routing and account number to process, you don't need to set up a file, download it, send it to your bank, etc. This process would eliminate costly fees and provides and donors (especially older donors) want this option!
