Prospect management is not project management. If a prospect has an active major giving prospect constituency, they should pull into their assigned fundraiser's list of "prospects and plans" WITHOUT "including historical plans," because the constituency is active and they have an assigned manager! Given that there is not a way to bulk add plans to prospects, it is an absolute nightmare to clean up historical prospect management plans. If anything, the "prospects and plans" should have a checkbox to "include inactive prospects" to pull in folks whose major giving prospect constituency has been made inactive or ended and were previously assigned to the fundraiser in question. When raised as a support case, the explanation was "Altru is working as designed. If a prospect has an active plan, you will see them on the list by default. If they have an inactive plan, you can Filter and mark the box for historical plans to see the prospect." If this is how Altru was designed, please redesign it to function for actual prospect management!!
