Prospect Plan Analysis improvements

Is it possible to add some features to the Prospect Plan Analysis report? 

1- Allowing Blank dates or Expected Ask Dates in the "Date to Use". It would be nice to see all of my prospects, not just the pending or awarded.

2- Allowing a query or multiple Plan Types to be selected. I'd like to review proposals for the next 2 or 3 projects we have and where to overlap may be.

These features would greatly improve the usability of this report for my department!
