Don't Put Old Add Ons in the merge for new membership cards.

Currently when you go to print membership cards, all of the Add Ons they have had in the past are listed on the merge sheet. So if they purchased an add on last year and the year before, it will show they have two add ons -- which isn't correct for the current membership card.
