Send online user/registrant a password reset link
As we are now pushing our members to register online to receive their member benefits, we are also beginning to receive many phone calls that they have forgotten either (a) their email address or (b) their password or (c) did they register at all? Once, I can give them their email address they have registered with, can we send them a link to help them reset their password rather than trying to walk them through the website? It would be so much easier.
