Mid-Term Upgrades Online

I'm currently working on a mid-term upgrade campaign. It's currently not possible for current members to upgrade their memberships online (it's only possible for them to renew at a higher level for another year). It'd be great to add this capability. It would really increase the effectiveness of my campaign if people could upgrade right from an email link instead of having to pick up the phone or come in.

    This is also something that we would be interested in being able to offer. We would like to focus on moving some members up to higher levels of giving and making it easy to do this makes it easier for it to happen!

    We receive calls from our members all the time asking to be able to upgrade online.  Unfortunately we are stuck explaining that our software doesn't have this functionality; which is odd because we can message out an appeal inviting folks to upgrade but then they have to call to actually conduct the upgrade transaction.  Very antiquated.    This is so frustrating to not have the capability to bring in more dollars online and accommodate the customer.
