Still needs to be addressed. Please consider addressing this in a future release soon. As of today there are 239 like for this.
We are adding an additional person add-on to our membership program for nannies and babysitters. We think we will probably run into the situation where members want to add one mid-term. There are a couple of work around ideas in the community, but none of them are really ideal. This would be a great feature to add!
Yes, allowing this in Daily Sales would be appreciated.
The problem with the suggested method of renewing and back-dating the membership is that the system-generated guest passes also increase for the year which gives them twice as much as needed.
Altru should allow the purchase of add-ons in daily sales after a membership has been purchased.
How is it even possible that this is a thing you can't do?
I found a little bit quicker walk around. If I quickly upgrade a membership for $0 and click the add on and change nothing else, I can then immediately delete the $0 entry and the $0 membership transaction, and the add on stays on the account, while the extra entry does not!
I have entered 50 memberships, then was told they would be receiving an add on. Of course, no logical way to edit it to add the free add on (why not on the original revenue document, or on the membership summary screen, where there is actually a section where they show up after being entered.) I am going to have to delete the memberships and re-enter them, because we do not want the dollar amount to show up as $0.
Any updates as to when this will be implemented? We're really looking forward to this. It will eliminate a lot of work for us on the back end.
This! We have Add-a-Guest cards as add-ons and it is very hard when they want to add one after they bought a membership.
This would solve a lot of our membership issues in terms of configuring our new database!
Sure would like this to happen now since this was part of our plan for our memberships which is due to launch Oct. 1, 2017. Where the heck is it?
"Planned" status? Meaning what? It has been in "planned" status for more than a year.
Not sure what the reasoning is behind NOT being able to sell add-on features mid-year. It's convenient for our clients and revenue for our organization. In next product release, please allow us to sell add-ons mid-year. Thank you!
