Agreed, this is an issue that we run into if classes or events are cancelled (like right now), and someone would like to apply the ticket to another future program. It's not good service to tell them that I have to refund their credit card and then run it again just to switch their ticket.
This would be so great! It's time consuming to refund and rebuild tickets in a different program just for an exchange.
I agree with you on this one. It's pretty aggravating that someone from Altru has checked off that this is not a planned update.
