Allow ticket rescheduling rather than requiring a refund & repurchase
At our museum, we sell tickets to guided tours that occur every 10 or 20 minutes. Often, a customer will change his mind after his purchase and will want to go on an earlier (or later) tour. It would be much less time consuming to be able to simply exchange his tickets for the desired tour rather than having to refund his purchase and conduct a new transaction to accomplish this. Is this something Altru could help us with?
