We are a small nature center and 90% or more of our registrants for programs (events included) are children. We need health release form information for each child and this information needs to be updated regularly. It would be so beneficial for us if the health information could be collected on a constituent record rather than in the Registration Information section of a preregistered program. That way we wouldn't have parents or our staff re-typing the exact same information in over and over again for every single registrant (thousands yearly). We have quarterly registrations and some children are signed up for multiple classes, each requiring a separate registration information section. I think the benefit of having this information on the Constiuent Record is the key here. This information would then be more transportable throughout the Altru database.
