Add fields to program events: Contact, Set-up, Staffing Notes
Add fields for Contact and for Set-up Instruction to program events.
* Although reservation have the contact for a particular group, we have an internal contact for specific program events. For example, Sally is the Museum employee in charge of the Kiddie Tour program. There are group contacts for external groups who book the tour, but Sally is the person if there's a question about the tour in general.
* We often have specific set-up instructions for a program event. So while it's possible to reserve six conference tables and 35 chairs under Resources, there's no place to specify how they should be arranged. Maybe have a field for set-up instructions on the resources page?
* Along the same lines, it would be nice to be able to add a note about the staff resources needed. You can currently specify that, for example, 2 docents are needed. But it would be nice to have a field where you could add a staffing resource note such as "Judy's daughter is in the this tour group so please assign her as one of the docents."
