Pre-Altru, we had the ability to set up sequential hours of service awards (100 Hours of Service; 500 Hours of Service, etc.) The program would automatically calculate the hours (lifetime) and show, on their record, that an award was pending. If we did not mark the previous award as completed, the program would show two pending awards. So, if a volunteer reached 100 hours and was not marked as presented, when the volunteer reached 500 hours, the program would show both the 100 hours and 500 hours awards as pending.



It would be great to have this option and be able to run a report on it!
