Currently sending follow up surveys manually through Appeal Mailings. Would like to be able to build a schedule for all tickets from "Today", to send to everyone in the evening.
Are there any updates as to the status of this? We would also like to send out a visitor survey at the end of each day. Thanks!

SO IMPORTANT now that we have reopened. I have manually sent emails to non members everyday to tease them with a member promo code - based on scanned full priced non member tickets...be nice if it could be done automatically with maybe an attached survey...ALL POST COVID opening...
