A manual, back-end way of adding someone who is not a member to a members-only program. Someone like a sponsor of the event or a membership prospect, who would benefit from being personally invited. This should not be available through the webform...only manually by a manager. This could save the front desk from any embarrassment when an invited VIP checks-in!
