Add an explicit Opt-in for emails on the check out web page.
To be in line with best practices for email communications it would be helpful if we could allow our online customers to explicitly opt-in to receiving emails from us rather than waiting for them to opt-out.

Any updates on this as the rules around data are changing quickly and this seems to be an easy add to a check out page.
