Allow for a different acknowledgement email for gift memberships
I love it that we can customize acknowledgement emails now and I've thought of an enhancement too. I'd like to be able to create a different email for gift memberships than for regular ones. The system could simply key off of the Gift Membership checkbox to determine which email to send.
We get so many customer service emails that say "wait, but I'm not the member, I bought it for someone else" and we have to explain that our system only allows for one email, but that we have the correct information for the membership.

This would enable me to ask for the name of the second adult on the gift membership.

During holiday time, this would ease a lot of confusion for gift buyers who are confused by their confirmation emails.

We are contacted frequently by gift donors that are confused that the online gift membership that they just purchased was not a gift because they get the standard email. This is something that needs to be implemented.
