Right now I am getting all the emails and forwarding to the appropriate person. Determining whom to forward it to each time and then sending it doesn't seem like it would take that much time, but when you consider there might be as many as 900 registrations in the four-month block, the time adds up.
The educators also don't want to waste time weeding through all of the emails to look for theirs, so being able to set up alert emails by Program or Educator, etc. would save everyone a lot of hassle!
