Unresolved Sales Order Email Alerts
It would be great for our finance dept to be able to receive unresolved sales orders email alerts, just like they do for orders and donations, etc., so it doesn't hold their processing and accounting up. Anyone else think this would be helpful?
We do get an alert when there's an unresolved sales order, but the last time it happened there's nothing in the alert indicating that it's "Unresolved". So from the user's end it looks like it actually went through with nothing amiss/unresolved. Or has this changed? Without the email actually saying that it's unresolved it's not terribly useful...

I've been subscribed to this function since the update and have yet to receive an email, but we will have unresolved sales every month or so.
Daisy, any insight into this? No emails in junk or general inbox.

Could you give us directions on how to implement this? When I go to the unresolved sales order page and click on the "?" to learn about things - it still talks about subscribing to an RSS feed.

Here's a new update on this matter: Today I recieved an e-mail confirmation of an online sales order. Later, I was working Altru and happened to click past Unresolved Online Sales Orders and saw the transaction for which I has received the confirmation e-mail listed as "unresolved." WHY did that happen? NO ONE KNOWS! The payment was processed via Blackbaud Merchant Services, but in Altru the sales order is "unresolved" and does not show up in the constituent's record.
Here are all the issues related to this serious lack of functionality:
Why didn't this order go through? There is no logical explanation in the Unresolved Online Sales Order screen.
If Altru can send an e-mail when an order is processed, why can't it send an e-mail when an order isn't?
Did the patron receive their confirmation e-mail and subsequent e-Ticket e-mail even though the order is unresolved?
When I resolve the order in Unresolved Online Sales Orders, will the patron recieve their confirmation e-mails? According to user reports, no e-mails are sent from Advance Sales where Unresolved Online Sales Order resides.

Any updates on this? We have had several instances of an "unresolved online sales order" issue where it's not caught right away because there is no notice. An email alert, pop-up, anything to indicate there is an issue to address would be so helpful!

I'd like to see the ability to create my own data lists and therefore my own email alerts.

This has happened twice in 4 years, our finance director catches that their is a charge in BBMS but no transition in Altru. We forget to check this random "inbox" since it happens so infrequently! Please add a notification of some kind so this doesn't keep getting lost.

Maybe this should be merged with a bigger idea where we have a notification system that can use email, push, slack, IFTTT, Zapier, etc...Notifications on all the things!

I think it will be great idea to receive unresolved sales orders email alters when there is any incurred. Sometimes I forget checking "Unresolved Sales Order" in Altru. Even a pop-up notification when I log into Altru will be very helpful for us. Appreciate for any further assistance.

YES! It doesn't make sense that we can receive email alerts about online sales, but we have to subscribe to an RSS feed to be alerted to unresolved sales orders. Even a pop-up notification when I log in to Altru to "Check Unresolved Sales Orders" whenever they occur would be very helpful.
