Sales order comments should be visible in the Sales Ordder Alert under Order Details

This would be most helpful so that when we see the on-line sales order alert we also see if the donation was IMO etc.. If there is a comment then it should be visible in the description vs. being buried and visible only when opening a sales order and opening documentation.
