The e-mail for online sales are great, what would be even better is if in that alert they showed any comments and additional members added with that transaction. Having a comments section as an option in the Membership webform is also necessary.

I would also like the alerts to include the Promotion Name and the Membership ID as well as the expiration date. Since Altru does not integrate with marketing products like MailChimp, the API is not available to users, and it is impossible to send both email and paper acknowledgements in Altru, I have started using these alerts with an automation in Gmail and MailChimp so that members receive a welcome email through MailChimp as soon as they sign up. The automation pulls data from the Altru alert and populates it into a MailChimp subscriber list.
