Category for Internal Organization Meetings

I have been struggling how to appropriately schedule an internal staff meeting into our Altru Organization Calendar. An internal staff meeting does not follow under the category of Appeal Mailing, Calendar Item, Event, or Reservation. Appeal Mailing does not fit the appropriate criteria. Calendar items do not ask for start time, end time, or location. Events are for fundraising purposes. Reservations require an attendance count in order to assign meeting to a location; this attendance count is not an accurate representation then of our total number of visitors that day because it includes staff members. There should be a category titled "Meeting". Options to have attached to this Meeting should be: start time, end time, location, important notes, and resources. I have been using the Reservation function, but I do not want to continue having false attendance counts. I am wondering if there is a better solution.
