We've started issuing guest passes for various reasons and would like to be able to track WHY a particular pass was issued. Right now the only fields we can change are the number of passes and the expiration date. We'd love to a drop-down menu or comments field where we could add a reason for the pass (membership benefit, disgruntled customer, thank-you, survey perk, etc.)

I'm running into the same frustration with guest passes. We issue them to to different people for different reasons, and I wish there was a notes section where I could detail the circumstances and reasoning. At the moment, I add the guest passes as well as an interaction that explains why, which feels very tedious.
