We are a children's Museum and we need to collect this info to know when kids age out of the membership and also to keep track of when to offer birthday party discounts, or to keep track of whether or not they are being honest with their membership and bringing their kids and not "guests" which is an add-on.

I think this should tie into a age checks for all Altru webforms. With summer camps it is easy to end up with a record for a person but not know if it is a child or not. This should be an optional field per program and webform type. We would be fine with an 18 over/under option.
