Adding Contact Tab Permission to User Roles

Our organization would like to have an additional User Role for Contact Tab Permission. This will allow our users to add new email addresses and phone numbers. 

We has multiple non-development users who wish to use Altru to only to view and update a constituent's contact details such as address, email and phone via Contact Tab. Example, ticket sellers. Currently in order for them to have access to Contact Tab, we have to give them "Development Data Entry" role and add other "Restricted" roles. This is not ideal.

If we can have this additional Contact Tab Permission only User Role, it will allow us to distribute the work load as well as better hold the integrity of our database.
