As a Site Administrator for my organization for our Blackbaud account, I am tasked with sending invites to new staff and helping orient them to the tools offered to them through the community and Blackbaud University. We are a Learn Everything subscriber. We chose to participate as a way to train staff on our Blackbaud products as well as offer professional development in nonprofit finance and best practices. I'd like to be able to pull a transcript for our staff members taking advantage of this opportunity so that we can reward good work, and keep up on staff in need of training.
