Maintain better access for chat support staff to be able to login to production databases

Numerous times I speak with chat support staff and their ability to offer support is greatly diminished by the fact that current credentials are not maintained for support staff to be able to login to production databases. I doubt anybody on this forum looks forward to changing their password when it expires but its something we all live with and I'm requesting that Blackbaud maintain current passwords for their admin accounts to our production databases in order to enable chat support to do the best job they can. Often this process can take the better part of a day which is antithetical to the base principal of fast, easy, accessible chat support.
