We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.
The only way to currently note whether a member is set up for auto-renewal is to click into their membership detail page. This information should clearly visible on their constituent record homepage. This idea is to implement at least one of the below options to help Altru users spot auto-renewal members.
1. Whenever someone signs up for auto-renewal members, automatically add a constituency code called "Auto-Renew Member".
2. Add "Auto-Renewal" callout on the Membership tile on a constituent's homepage, rather than only on their Membership detail page.
If you have other suggestions to make it more clear that a member is set up for auto-renewal, please share in the comments!
I actually need to know HOW the member had auto-renew turned on (back office, online transaction by member, etc.). We occasionally have members claim that they did not choose to automatically renew and we don't have the "receipts."
