Constituents should be able to log into an online portal to view their member/constituent profile. At the very least the profile should show basic user information such as the following: Primary contact information, username, membership level, membership status, recent transactions and a link to resent password. This feature would allow members to solve problems on their own much quicker than contacting an administrator. The need for this basic common functionality is extremely necessary and long overdue. The Chrysler Museum or Art (Norfolk, VA) receives feedback from members about Altru's lack of constituent portal and profile every week.
This is not a new idea. Please make this implementation a top priority.

Completely agree! FYI, we are working with a companion software called XtruLink which offers all this, digital membership cards, and more. So far, it's been great. We'll see after roll-out.

The registration/sign in process for members is rather opaque so the ability to access at least part of their profile would be a huge benefit.

Also would be a good place for them to renew their membership, so the chances of a duplicate entry are eliminated, and they do not have to enter all of their information again.

Constituents should be able to update their own contact information and log in to view their own info. This is important and removes some burden from staff to manage all updates

Yes!!! We need this desperately at my organization. Our poor reservation lead spends hours each day helping people who can't figure out if they're logged in, if they've logged in, and other functions that should be standard. Please take action on this.

This is so important, especially now that more and more activity is taking place online to maintain distancing from our offices. We are short-staffed and overwhelmed frequently by questions from members who should be able to have access to this information on their own: Member status, the ability to update their contact information, a list of purchases and upcoming tickets.

This is a very important piece that is missing from the software for our organization. It is hard to motivate people to register in the system when there is no real benefit for them other than autopopulate their information. We would get more people to register if they had access and could update their profile information and see recent transactions/membership payments etc. Other blackbaud products have this functionality so I assume it would be configuration that can be taken from other products.

Members should be able to match using their member ID/constituent ID. Members should be able to see their benefits, previous orders, tax documentation, contact form for support, etc...

We receive feedback like this constantly. People expect to be able to log into their account and see their information. Agreed that this is a basic and common functionality and to not provide it is an incredible disservice to the members and inconvenience to anyone using this product.
