Membership portal

Once a member logs into Altru they could see details about their membership: level, expiration date, orders, etc.

    Allowing members to see the details of their membership and be able to manage their membership information when logged would be very helpful and time saving.

    Stories for the product owners

    As a member, I want to be able to view my member status and benefits via a web portal.
    As a member, I want to be able to update my bio info using a web portal.
    As a member, I want to be able to update my contact info and preferences (do not email toggle) via a web portal.
    As a member, I want to be able to reach member services via a contact button or link.
    As a member, I want to be able to sign into a portal using any of the uniquely identifiable data points on my record 

    • Any email address on file for my record (including inactive or do-not-email status)
    • Phone
    • Member ID or constituent ID


    As a membership manager, I want members to be able to reach me via a member portal either by email or a webhook to allow contact via Slack or Microsoft Teams
    As a membership manager, I want our member portal to adhere to the web forms CSS so the portal matches branding and styling of other web forms.
    As a membership manager, I would like to impersonate a member so I can better troubleshoot member/patron issues.
