Allow date format choice in Altru query and export definitions

In Altru queries and export definitions, revenue and membership transaction and expiration date output currently show as 1/1/2019 11:59:59 PM (example). We have to reformat to short date 1/1/2019 in Excel. It would be useful and time-saving to choose a date format in the query or export definition.
