The time on all reports should be shown in local time not Eastern Time. At a minimum, the time on the report should reflect EST or EDT.

Since Altru is used in many different time zones, it is important that the time on the various reports show local time and not eastern time.  Today when reports are printed, since there is no indication of the time zone, readers could easily mistake the time as local when if is in fact eastern.  Most major service companies on the internet already date time their reports/orders/invoices in this manner.
