Zip Code Report by Event Date

We need to be able to report by event date and not just sales date just as we are able to do in Program Revenue. We need to know by event where people were from (did that Spanish language program draw a different geographic crowd? Did our Marketing for summer camp increase sales from that area?).

Related: There is an existing idea I created over 2.5 years ago for reporting by event date for Discounts, which is still needed as well. All sales reports should have the option to run by event date.
