Could we add a confirmation button to the delete

Could we add a confirmation button to the delete function? You know, one that says "Are you sure you want to delete this?"

We have several users in the program and we have scheduled programs "accidentally deleted" quite frequently. This causes a lot of frustration and extra work when this happens because everyone has to reenter the information deleted.
