It would be nice to be able to delete discounts even if they're tied to a program.

When I try to delete a discount from the Tickets > discounts , it won't let me, saying it's tied to a program, which leads me on (sometimes) a chase to isolate and rip apart the discount from the program.



It would make more sense to just delete the discount, and by deleting it, remove it from the programs.
