Make discount codes available for both ticket items and packages

It is not currently an option to have a single discount code available for BOTH tickets and packages. A new discount code has to be created for a package, which makes both program set up and sales unnecessarily clunky. I would like to suggest that any discount code can be applied to both an Item (tickets) AND to a Package.
