Wish to manually delete or add reminders in constitutent communications

I would LOVE to be able to delete or add reminders (sent) in the constituent record just as we can now manually adjust acknowledgements sent. Occasionally after running the reminders process, the ED might say to me, "Oh, don't send the reminder to so-and-so. I'm seeing them for lunch next week and will just ask then." or "We have an annual gift ask planned; let's hold on the reminder." Or a company might ask (outside of the reminder cycle), "Please just send us an invoice."
