Provide "Add Relationship" button to Preview Merge

When reviewing potential duplicates -- especially at the lower percent match level -- a relationship and often a household are often needed. It would be helpful to have a "Create Relationship" button right there instead of having to navigate to one of the records and then create the relationship and then go back to the preview merge.
