We are using the duplicate search feature combined with Constituent Merge process preview feature. We love the "delete match" feature that we can do immediately.




It would be awesome to have the following other options on the preview page as well: switch target and source, merge records, create a household record with the source and target, and add source to existing household (we are finding that when people register children online, it is creating a new record for them as opposed to putting them in the household and this is showing up on our duplicate record report).

    Agreed -- I came here to post about switching the target and source, as merging two constituents during this process is rather clunky. That would be a priority but I think the rest are good ideas as well.
