Change Payment Method on Sales Order once Order is Completed

I would like to change the payment method on a sales order once the order is completed. i.e. Gift Card entered as cash - correct the payment method to Gift Card

    If you are unable to change the payment method on an order once the sales order is completed, that is because Altru can't offer this functionality at the moment. Please vote to make this change.
