Move the "mark all as attended" option
The option to "mark all as attended" for a registrant to a pre-registered program event appears under the individual registrants. Today we had someone select that option, probably thinking it would only apply to the registrant and their guests. Instead it marked all 350 registrants as attended.
To fix (since the event doesn't occur until tomorrow), I changed the date of the event to today, used the Preregistered Program Check In page to mark everyone as not attended, and then changed the date back to the correct date.
It would really be a good idea to take anything that applies to ALL registrants to a higher level on the page so that it's clear. And so it's not so easy to have a slip of the mouse.

Totally agree! This happened to us AFTER the event took place so we can't really undo it without losing all the information. Big bummer and hopefully this will be changed. Contact blackbaud support and they said they see this mistake happen a lot.
