Duplicate search process does not pick up constituents without addresses

How can I run a duplicate search that will find people with the same name but with one of them having no address?

Some option for finding these matches would be very helpful. Most of the time, I would not want to have this enabled because we would get way too many false matches. However, we just converted from Raiser's Edge, and we have a high number of duplicate records that were once Event registrants or Relationship records in RE: and are now Constituents. In this initial cleanup of our database, as tedious as it would be, we need to be able to catch these duplicates. I suggest some way of being able to "toggle" Name-only results in the matches so that we could skip this unpleasantness when we don't want it, but still have the option of finding the matches if we do want them.
