Need the ability to assign fees by program and sales method

Would be nice to have the ability to apply fees by program and sales method.  So you can charge a special fee for a program that is sold online.  The fee would only apply to only transactions of the program but not onsite.  In the end a report to show those fees by program would be beneficial as well.

    Yes - I've been hoping for this functionality for several years.  I need the ability to assign fees to specific programs, not just by sales method.
