Need to print a donation receipt from the constituent record
I need to give a donor a receipt for a donation that I added in the "back of the house". I see the details of the donation but not a way to print a receipt...
Not sure what you mean by "back of the house" but you can create a letter in Config > Letters > Constituent letter which once it is set up and saved as a regular choice in the drop down Letter menu on the Constituent record you will be able to do this.
