Template option for the 'Write a letter' function within a constituent record.
We would like to create a template that would automatically load when a user clicks 'Write a letter' from a constituent's record. The template should include mail merge fields that would automatically pull in the address/name for the constituent.
This would improve the usability of this function and it would also allow an institution to ensure letters being sent match in branding and style.
