Adding tributes to a payment
Today I was trying to add a payment and make a tribute for one of our constituents who wanted to honor a deceased friend. Altru first wanted me to make a tribute in the code table, and then when the deceased person wasn't in our database, Altru wanted me to add it into the records.
Can we just have a freeform tribute option? It's not very efficient and actually very frustrating to have to enter and save a deceased patron for the future when there will be no use for their record. Not only do I have to enter their constituent record, but I also have to make a tribute record.
So many records and time spent for just one check! Honestly, I didn't know whether to put this as an idea or a problem.
