Mobile optimization for web forms

Hello,

I was just wondering what changes you might be planning for web forms given the proliferation of mobile usage for online purchases and giving. We use an e-follow up to all of our direct mail appeals and plan to roll out two annual e-only appeals in FY14. We're also moving a large percentage of our membership renewal communications to e-mail. Since, more than 50 percent of e-mail is now read on smart phones, so we expect that the majority of these pieces will reach people on their phones. Particularly for giving, the web forms can be extremely difficult to use on smart phones. The user not only has to zoom in significantly, but also has to click directly on the radio button for the amount he/she would like to give, which can be difficult because the buttons are close together. What changes are you planning, or is this even on your radar?
